CO-FOUNDER/Mens Heavyweight Advisor

Cole Thomas

Cole Thomas is an incoming student at Princeton University. A Princeton Heavies recruit and highly decorated rower from RowAmerica Rye, Cole won Youth Nationals (in the Mens Varsity 8+) twice, once in 2023 and again in 2024. Cole holds the 2k and 6k boathouse records at RowAmerica Rye. After qualifying for the United States' Mens 8+ in 2023, Cole competed at junior worlds in Paris with Team USA. Cole is also a music enthusiast who enjoys playing the piano.

Womens Open-Weight Advisor

Annika Nelson

Annika Nelson is an incoming student at Dartmouth College. She is an extremely experienced rower with accolades including:

-THREE time National Champion (the 2- in ‘23 & ‘24 and the 4- in ‘24)

-US Women's Pair at the 2023 Junior World Championships.

-1st place at the 2023 Head of the Charles Regatta in the 4+

Annika committed to Dartmouth in the fall of her junior year, following a summer of intensive erg training that significantly improved her 2k time. She is passionate about helping other rowers reach their full potential and develop a love for the sport. Outside of rowing, Annika loves the outdoors and enjoys cliff jumping whenever she gets the chance.

Noel Regan

Noel Regan is a returning oarsmen at Georgetown University. He rowed in the Varsity 8+ as a freshman at Georgetown after winning Youth Nationals his senior year of high school in the Mens 8+ with RowAmerica Rye. He was recruited to Georgetown only 7 months from his first time touching an oar or erg. Noel understands the journey from the bottom of the Varsity team to National Champion, with his initial several month debut in the tub single. With a passion for the waves and surfing, Noel hopes to live on the West Coast after graduating from Georgetown.

Coxswain Advisor

Bella Pedone

Bella Pedone is an incoming recruited coxswain at the University of Southern California. She's a double national champion in the Youth Nationals Varsity 8+ event and one of the most decorated coxswains in youth rowing history. Bella’s leadership and strategic thinking have helped her boats succeed on the highest level. Next year she’s heading to USC to cox their women's team.
